DMC1 is about a demon hunter named Dante. He also has demon blood. His father was the famous Sparda. He defeated the demons that tried to take over the world. Sparda then had two kids named Dante and Vergil.
Dante had just recently opened his own buisness called Devil May Cry. He takes odd jobs and demon hunting jobs. He goes to Mallet Island after a lady named Trish, who attacks him and then wants his helpin defeating Mundus. She says that Mundus, a demon that Sparda defeated is going to return and take over the world.
He goes to the island and makes his way to the heart of the castle. As he goes, he is attacked by various demons. Dante also fights Mundus's generals-Nightmare, Nelo Angelo, Phantom and Griffin. He beats them all and also learns that one of the generals is his brother, Vergil. After he defeats Vergil for the last time, he acquires the other half of the amulet. When he put them together with his father's sword, Force Edge, he discovers the swords true form, Sparda.
When Dante defeated Nightmare, Trish betrays him and revives Nightmare. Before Dante kills him again, Nightmare shoots wildly and destroys the place. A pillar almost crushes Trish but she is saved by Dante only because she looks like his mom. After defeating Nightmare he finally gets to Mundus himself. Mundus traps Trish on a wall and immobilizes Dante when he is distracted by Trish. When Mundus is about to finish Dante, Trish jumps in front of Dante saving him. She is killed and Dante gets mad. The enraged Dante defeats Mundus using Sparda.
Dante leaves his moms pendant and his dads sword with Trish's body. As he is leaving, a mutated injured Mundus comes back to kill Dante. Trish returns and tells Dante to channel her power through him. Dante does so and seals Mundus. Trish and Dante then escapes on an old fashioned plane.

DMC1 Guns
DMC1 Guns
-Ebony and Ivory are two handguns that are always with Dante. Custom made by Dante, they are made to fire as fast as he can pull the trigger. They are Semi-automatic guns.
-Shotgun is the gun that Dante finds. It is sawed off and will be your best friend during most of the game.
-Grenade Launcher is one of the most powerful guns in the game. It is a regular grenade launcher and not meant for close combat.
-Nightmare-Beta is the byproduct of a underworld research program. It is like the boss, Nightmare and will shoot two lasers that will richochet. They can be charged with DT.
-Needlegun is the only weapon Dante has underwater. If you hit the target it can destroy a Sin scissors in one burst.

Devil May Cry 1 is one of the best games ever. The series rocks and has remastered gaming.
This game has introduced juggling hits which is awesome.
